Combating environmental stress

Over the course of a season, crops endure a range of environmental stresses that impact yield outcomes.  Dryness, heat stress, cold stress, salinity and encroaching metal toxicity impact crop performance during critical growth stages.

Amplify has been designed to assist plants to rebalance vital metabolic functions that are disrupted by excessive oxidation caused by environmental or abiotic stresses.

Active compounds
Containing polyphenols, phenols and lactones, Amplify should be applied to prime plants to resist damaging oxidation that occurs during excessive stress events, preserving plant yield potential.

Physiological functions at work
Certain types of polyphenols can also stimulate powerful enzymatic response to environmental stress by catalysing production of catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase to neutralise the effects of excessive free radicals, referred to as Reactive Oxygen Species.

Broadacre: Foliar application between 1 to 2 litres per hectare in advance of crop risk windows.
